Springwood Park Farm Stay
Springwood Park is the ultimate Farm Stay with plenty to enjoy for the whole family. Originally run as a dairy farm it remains as a beef farm set in the beautiful West Gippsland countryside.
There is a large six acre dam stocked with trout, fly fishing lessons can be arranged. The lake is stocked every spring with 750gm Brown and Rainbow trout, Salmon and Silver Perch.
For small children a pony is available for supervised rides, small animals are kept in nearby paddocks eg. geese, lambs, poultry and goats. Alpacas are with the Sheep continuously to guard them from foxes. There is also have a small walkway into a forest area and it is a haven for small birds and wildlife.
Enjoy walks through the spacious paddocks to see the different farming techniques. Milking of cows can be seen by arrangement.

Winter at Vue is all about rugging up, brisk country walks and cosy evenings enjoying a glass of wine by the fire. On Saturday night, in July, Vue will offer weekend guests, when two couples book, the option of pre ordering dinner. Owner Anita will lovingly preparing a two course French inspired dinner menu using the best of local produce and yes, you can BYO. Also on the table will be delicious olives from nearby Tarago Olives and warm, homemade bread with Gippsland butter. Expect classics on the menu like Boeuf Bourguignon and Tarte au Citron – hearty fare to refuel after a day exploring the delights of West Gippsland. After dinner it is just a couple of steps to negotiate your way to the couch for coffee, chocolate and a glass of port.
